MILF (Mom I’d Like To Find)

Unit 22b, Penarth Centre, Penarth St, London, SE15 1TR

This show is for over 18's only. ID may be required at the door.
Description

Foot fetishes. Long distance situationships. Exile in Paris. Unrequited sexts.

American standup comedian (and textbook avoidant) Candace Bryan was having a wild and rowdy year. Then one night she came face to face with someone from her past and began to question everything.

In her new (work-in-progress) show MILF: Mom I’d Like to Find, Candace pokes fun at modern dating, life in late capitalism, gender normativity, maternal relations, and her own emotional repression—and shows that no matter how far and fast you run from your past, it can define you in unexpected ways.
