This show is for over 18's only. ID may be required at the door.
Description

This is the story of one man’s healing journey, from chasing laughs and dopamine hits to moving into a Buddhist community and trying (badly) to meditate. A Mind Full explores what happens when a wide boy with impulse issues goes full mindfulness. Along the way: spiritual bypassing, compulsive behaviour and the ongoing tension between craving peace and needing the spotlight.

This is a raw, funny and painfully relatable look at what happens when you try to heal and yourbrain has other plans. The show builds on the world of the 2023 short film of the same name, written and directed by Steve. The film won the British Comedy Guide Pro Talent Award for Best Directing, with the BCG praising it as: ‘Witty and empathetic’.
